Social sustainability is a critical part to reach our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) targets and any thriving business need to rethink their workforce to meet future demands in a complex, tech-savvy and changing world. Therefore, the capability to identify, prioritize and plan for the right workforce to meet business and environmental demands will be essential for any organisation and community that aims to flourish long term.
You are welcome to join this workshop which will help you understand the basics of strategic workforce planning, and introduce you to the method and critical questions to get the right workforce in place. You will get to engage in a teaser exercise to get started and we will provide you with some concrete advice and framework for how to build the capability around strategic workforce planning within your organisation over time.
